It is important for the client to understand that a set price for a Land Surveyors services is not practical. Imagine the exact same size ans shape of property in two locations. One is on flat open ground, the other on the slope of a mountain covered with trees. There would be a huge difference in the time involved to complete the survey. In other words, the same sized lot could be a simple low-cost survey, or a complex and expensive survey, depending on the location and conditions.

There are differences in the legal descriptions as well, which may change the complexity of the survey.

It is not difficult to get a quote for the exact cost of your ALTA Survey, Property Survey, Boundary Survey or Lot Survey. It will not be an estimate. Quotes are typically returned the same day; most times less than an hour.

All research required for the cost quote will be at our expense, because it is not practical to have a set cost for a Property Survey, Lot Survey, Boundary Survey or ALTA Survey.
