Land Surveyor - Chandler, Arizona

Advanced Civil Design is performing property boundary surveys in the City of Chandler, Arizona located east of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The City of Chandler has grown dramatically over the years. In 1950 Chandler was a rural farming community of less than 4,000 residents. Today it is a vibrant city containing a population of nearly a quarter of a million people.

As a Land Surveyor in Chandler, Arizona, I have worked on numerous subdivisions and residential property surveys. Starting in the 1980's there was a big surge of development in Chandler. In my history as a Land Surveyor and Civil Designer, I have worked on areas totaling square miles of development in the City of Chandler. It is one of the most notable changes in area I remember. When I first started as a Land Surveyor in 1977 here in the valley, all of the residential subdivisions in entire City of Chandler was probably less than 2 square miles in area.
