Advanced Civil Design Land Survey Examples

ALTA Survey example :

Asante, Mesa, Arizona - This was an ALTA Survey of a 22 acre apartment complex in east Mesa. There were 36 buildings and 1 pool. Although this was a large 22 acre site, a large portion was undeveloped due to a high-voltage power line easement.

Boundary Survey example

Parcels 10 & 11 of the La Mancha Subdivision - This commercial property Boundary Survey was done in conjuction with an ALTA Survey in central Phoenix, Arizona. There were multiple errors found in the process of completing this ALTA Survey. One major one was in the orginal building of the subdivision. Other errors resulting from incorrect adjustment of the original error.
